Return & Exchange Policy

A tester is included with every order, so you can experience the fragrance before opening the full-size bottle.

We recommend trying the tester first and keeping the full-size perfume sealed and unopened until you’re sure you’d like to keep it.

If the fragrance isn’t right for you, or you simply change your mind, you can return the unopened, unused full-size perfume within 7 days of receiving your order. Choose between:

• A refund of the item price, or
• An exchange for a different fragrance or size

We cover the return courier charges, so you can shop with confidence.

The original delivery fee (if one was charged at checkout) isn’t refundable. Refunds are paid out via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, usually within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. If you’re exchanging for a different item, you’ll pay the difference for a pricier item, or we’ll refund the difference for a cheaper one.

Perfumes that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with unboxing photos or a short video showing the issue — this helps us verify and resolve your claim quickly.

Once the issue is verified, you can choose between:

• A free replacement/exchange, or
• A full refund

We cover all applicable return and replacement delivery charges in these cases.

For change-of-mind returns, the full-size perfume must remain:

• Unopened and unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition in which it was received

The included tester may be used freely to experience the fragrance before deciding whether to keep the full-size product.
